Three steps.
1 — Subscribe.
Choose Get started and pay $200/month through Stripe. Your private agent is created as soon as the payment goes through.
2 — Sign in.
Sign in at cloud.elier.ai. Connect your Claude or ChatGPT subscription if you have one, and invite anyone you want to share the agent with.
3 — Chat.
Talk to your agent on the web, or connect the Otto app on your iPhone and Mac. Tell it once; it remembers.

What's included?
One private Hermes agent with its own memory, web chat at cloud.elier.ai, the Otto app for iPhone and Mac, invitations for family or teammates, and $50 of model credit every month. It's all one price: $200/month.
What happens to my data?
Each customer's agent runs in its own isolated container with its own storage, and no other customer can reach it. Its memory and files are backed up automatically every few minutes while it's in use. To answer you, your messages are sent to the model provider your agent is using. If you cancel and want it gone, we delete it. The details are in our Privacy Policy. Read the Privacy Policy
What if the included credit runs out?
Your agent tells you the month's credit is used up and when it renews. Connect your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription, or an API key, and it keeps going straight away. The credit renews at the start of each month.
Can I bring my own model account?
Yes. Sign in with your Claude Pro or Max plan or your ChatGPT Plus or Pro plan, or paste an Anthropic or OpenAI API key. Your own account is used first; the included credit is the fallback.
How do I cancel?
From the billing page in cloud.elier.ai, at any time. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
